Hemolog is a digital health platform designed to help users:

  • View insights, trends, and summaries
  • Share health data securely with others when desired

Hemolog does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any insights, recommendations, or AI-generated information are intended solely for informational purposes.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Hemolog's features may evolve to include AI-generated suggestions or summaries. These features will be clearly labeled, and users should interpret them as assistive tools, not as a substitute for professional advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Hemolog, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or use the service under supervision of a parent or guardian,
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement,
  • Provide accurate and lawful information.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your login credentials,
  • Ensuring your information remains up-to-date,
  • All activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Health Disclaimer

Hemolog may offer visualizations or reminders based on user-submitted data. However:

  • The Platform does not offer clinical analysis, prescriptions, or emergency support.
  • Do not rely on Hemolog for medical decisions.

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services, such as:

  • Uploaded health documents,
  • Non-identifiable usage analytics.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Hemolog — including its branding, software, design, and other materials — is owned by the creators of Hemolog or their licensors.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse any trademarks or brand assets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hemolog for personal and lawful purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Interfere with Platform security or performance,
  • Attempt to access data or accounts not owned by you.

Breaches may result in termination and legal action.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to maintain uptime, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of services,
  • That the Platform will be error-free or bug-free.

We may modify, update, or remove features or Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Hemolog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • You use the Platform at your own risk,
  • Our total liability is limited to any amount you may have paid for the service (if applicable).
